Sharp jacket and hat pairing this morning Perry. In addition, thanks for the likes and comments sir.

It is a cold early morning here in Minnesota, 17'f (-8c). Out this morning wearing a vintage Stetson with a unique brim treatment. This gray blue hat is showing blue in the cold, gray morning sky.

Cheers this morning, Eric -
Thanks Eric. I love your pics, but I'm glad I don't live in Minnesota.

Gotta love a good Knox. They made such grand hats. Coat is a beauty too.

Excellent, Daniele. Dattero always works.

Oooh, I like that one. Gives off a cool thirties vibe. Nice!

You look happy with it, Reggie. Rightly so!

You're going all Akubra now, Brent? Nice colours on those hats.

Wonderful hat, Wayne. Good get. The little swetband bow in blue is a neat touch.

Beautiful. Excellent work!

Always enjoy seeing that one, Michael.

Gorgeous hats, great pics, Gary.

Very cool, Randall. Interesting colour combination with the warmer coloured brim binding.

Thanks, Randy. I'm very grateful that Mark @M Hatman let that one go (like he did with some other American hats btw).

Looks wonderful, Max. Hats to cherish.

Well, it's green isn't it?:D But seriously: nice hat, Jonathan.

A thousand mile journey begins with the first step...

Very nice, Bob!

Super parade of hats, Jim. You're not my size, so I'm not going to choose.

Classic hat, love it!
Thanks Stefan. It's been good hat times lately here.

American hat week is still going ( I might even make it to election day). Let's see

Yesterday I spent a lot of time at medical appointments, doctor in the morning, oral surgeon in the afternoon. Getting a tune up of medications for my decrepit body and some needed work on a broken molar that lost its crown (in 2019, back surgery and Covid has delayed this hell). Not looking forward to the next couple of weeks to say the least. I felt the need for a proper English Homburg to meet the doctors with. This one is by Joseph Wilson and has a "heathered" felt. Probably mid 1950s. This hat made me feel better... I'll be out in the freezing cold today collecting the new drugs. Today will require an overcoat and a dress weight felt for sure. Will post that one later.

I am back from a morning meeting - small 3 person business group, social distance and of course masks. We had put this off for several months and now needed to proceed. Very strange as we maintained >6ft. around a conference table. This meeting was a negotiation of some business and property. It needed to be done in person. It will not be done again as it was too strange. I will wait to see if and when we all survive the pandemic and then continue meetings of this type.

To point I wore a vintage bespoke 50's shark skin suit, 30's Robert, Johnson and Rand spectators and 40's tie and paired the outfit with a Marathon Air Commander, J.C.Penny's Supreme Quality. Truly a Supreme fedora, IMO.

Home and fixing some lunch on the grill. A Vintage Stetson Premiere Stratoliner in Cadet Blue is my fedora for the task.

Another Canadian today. This time 20s The King Hat (fitting name!), wonderfully wearable both brim up and down

Superb, Wayne. One that belongs in your collection for sure.
Another wonderful parade of hats Stefan - that Rothschild is a real show stopper; inside and out!
Thanks, Wayne. The Rothschild is a special one alright.

Been enjoying your American hat show, Stefan.
Love your fine Wormsers best...I think. I’m such a sucker for wide brimmed, wide contrasting binding!
Thank you, Randall.

A good petting hat will get you through the winter. That one qualifies.
