Super Disney.
They are a fav fedora. Inside pics?? Does your’s have their interesting corded reed/bow style?
Kudu hide is very unique. Makes great jackets with super grain. Not often seen.
Now i know great shoes too.

I’ve seen some Kudu jackets and would love to have one. It is a great hide, very soft feel, yet very strong. Kinda reminds me of Kangaroo. I’m surprised AE made a pair of wingtips in it, as it is a pretty rugged looking leather with the natural scars from the Antelope in the wild. But they are very cool. I thought it was extra cool that they left them unlined except for the heel so you can really get the softness.

Today....it doesn’t take much to get me to pull a hat. The mere mention of a Disney, any Disney, much less a pic post like @Hagwood’s today, was cause for an immediate scramble for a Disney Day.
This wide body checks in with 3” wings and as petite a self edge as any i’ve seen. I forgot about that. I feel like a spy under this one.

Will definitely be hunkering down for the most part. Trying to keep an eye on my parents too. Luckily my mom manages the flowers at a local grocery store, so she can get some shopping done when crowds are minimal!

I am wearing a VS (Vintage Silhouette ) hat this evening. This ls a light weight, unlined silvermist beaver, gray ribbon trimmed fedora with a mode edge. It was custom designed/created by VS with inspiration from the vintage Stetson Weston. The Weston was a $15.00 hat compared to it's close cousin the $10.00 Whippet. The difference being the Mode Edge treatment. Be safe, be healthy and see you on this thread soon.

Thanks sir. You are soooo correct in that Art's ribbons can be spotted from afar. Art did an excellent job on this hat. I know that David (our Texas forum member) has one exactly like this and it is gorgeous. I continue to look for a Stetson Weston as I have never seen one in real life. Love your VS hats especially the black cherry one. I tip my hat in Art's direction every time I wear a VS. He does not need my applause, but I do really feel fortunate to have acquired a couple of his hats.
