Hey folks!
The sun sets on my Brent "The Airlite" at the end of what was still is a beautiful March day.

Just thought I'd drop in to say hi and let everyone know I haven't caught the coronavirus or anything. Nor the flesh-eating dosequis bacteria or budlight zombie cooties either. :)
Have a great day!

Stefan, Thank you! Great looking Dobbs from you. Really like the color combination.
Thank you, Steve.

Great looking Dobbs, Stefan. I like those colors.

I had to go with Dobbs today. Hanover Square

I haven't decided if it's smoke kielbasa next or fresh hot Italian.

Thank you, Michael. Can't go wrong with the Hanover Square.

Don’t remember seeing you so unmatchy with your hat. But today you have proven that it just don’t matter!
Sweet Dobbs! Looks like a Gorasgu.
And it looks like I must go on eating out my heart; as @Hagwood heartlessly told me the other day.
:)
Thanks, Randall. It matched my shoes!:) But indeed: hats are forgiving that way and this one goes with just about anything.

Glad to hear it, John. Might be that our esteemed member @Daniele Tanto is in quarantine as of today; the Italian government imposed a quarantine that affects 16 million people in northern Italy.
Great hat by the way.

Dear Stefan, thank you for your interest. I'm in an unclosed area.
The provinces of Verona, Vicenza and Rovigo in the north-west Veneto are open as well as the province of Belluno, in the north of the same region. We are the corridors to get from the center to Northern Italy and Europe. The south central part of the peninsula is completely free from contagion dangers. Life is a bit strange though. No public, sporting and religious gatherings and a lot of people on the street walking. Schools of all grades closed. It looks like an "ancient" situation or an appendix to the 1973 oil crisis. We will see development in the coming weeks

Wearing the Christys' again today - sorry to bore you all...but my birthday Panizza is just a few days away. It'll be nice to post something different. My wife's in her new Maxim (a Japanese women's hat maker that specializes in fur felt).
The cap I'm wearing is another Japanese brand called Country. I like it a lot - very comfy, but it's been relegated to my driving hat since my obsession with brimmed hats begun.

Hey, if the only hat you have is neon green, wear it. Better to be hatted than bare-headed any day.

View attachment 218567 here’s the Pilgrim straw I got this week. I changed the wide ugly unmatching cream colored ribbon with this 7/8 grey grosgrain.
I ended up dying the wide ugly ribbon to a brown color and used it on a brown straw Stetson Medalist I got in yesterday that I’ll show later.
Getting ready for the hot, humid weather that weeds out less formidable men here in the Deep South. :) View attachment 218566
