Thanks Steve, had it made back in the 90's. Yes, the photos are taken in my yard. Kinda bleak back there now, nothing blooming this time or year.

Man, Steve! That is one sweet lid! I love the old Knox hats! Always extra square, tall crowns and wide brims! And not too tall and wide; just right. Features that I wish more hats had. And don’t we all.
Mallorys were good for those characteristics as well.
Can’t wait for mine to get here. Where’s my topper, USPS??? [emoji4]

Out enjoying an early morning dog soiree in a midnight blue Cavanagh homburg. The sparse morning light does not accurately showcase the midnight blue felt.

This 50's homburg has a terrific burgundy trim and ribbon treatment.

Pretty fancy homburg, Eric. The contrasting burgundy ribbon and brim binding really takes that hat to the next level. It’s beautiful. Cavanagh truly made some elegant headwear.

This outfit was actually from yesterday, didn't get much computer time. We had family in town and took them to see the Albany Carousel We are very proud of this project, it has revitalized the downtown area and is a real destination. Almost embarrassed to show this one, but here goes. Just a $25 cheap Chinese made trench coat. I wanted something double breasted to try out. It will serve me well until a proper vintage one can be obtained in my 46R size. I did wear a bespoke fedora from NW Hats that I call the 1942 Rose Bowl Hat. My first custom from Mike Miller, oh so long ago...seems like anyway.

Echt Velour possibly later 1930s. No company mark but maybe from one of the Luckenwalde Hat Companies.

Very nice velour, Steve. I like the lively bow style on that one.

Picked up the latest addition yesterday so it came with me to work today. Black No. 1 Quality with a kettle curl and campaign ribbon. Some moth bites, pinholes and a blown sweat but I love it just the same.
