Man, the hat line up today. Fantastic as always. For me it's the Resistol Beaver 25.

70s Dart !!! Will send pics tomorrow HarvGreat Gannon, Rodolfo! Is that your powder blue car in the background? I can't identify it, but my guess would be a Rambler / AMC product.
Hey all!
"To dent, or not to dent?"
That was the question. After long contemplation, I decided to honor the French love of tradition and wear this vintage Fléchet homburg old school.
Enjoying the feel of fog blowing across my face after several hot and dry days.
Have a great afternoon!
My grandson is a 1 year today and he has a nice Resistol fedora waiting for him. If it were my size...well you know.
I can't wait till he'll actually wear it. Right now if I put it on his head he just wants to pull it off and look at it.

It was hard for me to wait, too. By the time my 4-year-old was born, I had about 6 tiny, vintage hats waiting for him, including two mint condition Stratoliners. It took a while, but he eventually quit throwing, bending, and scrunching them. These days, if he's in the bright desert sun, he immediately asks for his hat. Two-year-old likes to copy his brother, so they're both coming along now. Older one asks all the time if he gets all my hats when he's a "big boy."
It is indeed it is +10Isn't parenthood just the greatest damn thing in the universe ?
You're a great dad my friend
Pinheads are so lucky.Hats are MUCH cheaper in the 6 1/2 to 6 3/4 size range.

Hat, boots, shirt ... dog. It's ALL good!
Yes!! Very nice.
Thanks for all the comments and likes for my conversion yesterday.Definitly not poison ivy,but I'm with bowlerman plants worry me.I got the tree off the fence no problem. It was the not my tree but I cleaned it up myself. What a GREAT convo, D-Man! A classic contemporary with vintage undertones!!
From the photo, I didn't see any poison ivy. The vines look to have five leaves. I got into it very badly once many years ago, (never remember seeing it growing up in northern VT, so that was my first experience) and became a quasi expert in identifying it in the wild. Once was enough. Haven't done it again since. Stay VIGILENT!!
