Another of my Stagecoach conversions. This one has actually been converted by three different people, me being the last and the third person to rework this hat. Three different conversions and numerous reshapings. This hat's been through the roughs, for sure. Mine is the final conversion for this one....Tall straight crown, wider ribbon, and a 2 5/8 brim. Something different from the thin ribbons everyone is used to seeing me wear...

Some early Rock and Roll and Country...Bobby Darin, Connie Francis, Hank LocKlin

After three conversions looks as good as new, Terry. Great job as usual. I like the wider ribbon and it looks good on you.

Been out of touch for the past couple of days, lots of busy wedding preparations, family visiting and running around.
Yesterday we spent a wonderful day at a family wedding in Washington. For church with my wife's 101 year old Grandfather, I wore a 1933 inspired NW Hats Stetson Playboy clone, the "Slats Gill". Grandpa "remembered seeing hats like this" For the garden wedding later in the day, my NW Hats Duplex. Perfect for a windy wedding!

Only in the Pacific Northwest would they dress up a cell tower to look like a fir tree!

Looks like you enjoyed yourself, Mike. Great pics and good look (or vice versa).

Looks like you had a great time Red. And looking sharp and well hatted all the way through.

Man, only you can rock green pants like that. Dig it.
Thanks Wesslyn. The pants are vintage LL Bean, so they can't have been too far off the beaten path at one time. On the east coast at least.

Wonderful, Michael. Can't get enough of that one.
Thanks Stefan. I could pretty much wear that one all week long and not feel like I was short on hat.

Very nice, Michael. The brim down all the way is a nice change.
I'm kind of liking that look.

Been a bit busy the last few days, so have some catching up to do. The last few days in hats:

Another trio of nice hats and outfits. I really like that Knox. Every time I see it.

Thanks all,
Michael

I don't have very many hats, so sometimes i wear the same one 2-3 days in a row. We all have our own particular taste/style for what we like in our selection of head gear. I tend to gravitate to stingy brims and brim snapped up. In an earlier post I have this same hat on with the brim snapped down... Looked cool, but I really prefer the brim up. So for today, I'm still wearing my early 1960s Cervo.
I also wear my sunglasses at night.

You wear the all with confidence so they all look right on you
