This is my first hat I purchased in this style.
I love caps too, but living here in Texas, were too warm for a wool cap about 8 months of the year... Humm wonder if anyone makes one in a decent equadorian straw? Can I throw a cap on the pile? From Ireland, Shandon Hats, a company that's been around for over 120 years. Shandon is also a town in Cork. I wanted something green and Irish. Hoping to get this on my head before the weather gets too warm. The straws are all barking at me: "It's time for MEEE!"

What’d I tell you!?No more Top Hats, I said. However, there is a caveat: if one turns up from this Danish hatter, and particularly at this address, then I have no choice

Don't tell Etsuko. She already thinks I'm crazyWhat’d I tell you!?
Keep an eye this summer on the thread “What Hat are You Wearing Today” and you will surely see @Short Balding Guy sporting more than one amazing straw cap! (You could also go back through that thread last summer and see them or do a search for keywords like “straw cap”). Those straw caps Eric has look amazing (and there are surely other Loungers with them as well, his are just the ones I’m familiar with).I love caps too, but living here in Texas, were too warm for a wool cap about 8 months of the year...
