I swore I'd never buy a short brim but this little old guy spoke to me and I couldn't resist. Though I kno little abt him. Loved the fat unbashed open crown, the light color, the lining, the ribbon, the condition, the trolley. Dont kno anything abt the maker. Any info would be appreciated.

I think thats true cuz i believe some Stetson hats say "Beaver Quality" that don't contain any beaver but i could be wrong.

I do see some Stetson hats marked as 20x but no beaver crest nor any markings mentioning beaver on the sweatband. Can't complain on those.

I just got an email from Art Fawcett informing me that my new Milan is going out in the morning. Considering I ordered it on 5/17 and we just finalized the ribbon yesterday, that's what I call PDQ. Always a pleasure to deal with him.

Nice Find Bob ! You know , I kept thinking I had seen a Hat like that before . If you go to Art's Site (VS The site , not the Thread) , I think there are 3 VS Modern versions , Pecan (upper Right), Silvermist , and Powder Blue at least , if not more .
