Yes, this Pheonix Hat Company Arizona looks sweet. Rick @humanshoes recommended a colorful string of small puka shells to go on top of the ribbon and give it the Island look I am hoping for. The hunt is on. :)
Just in case you have trouble finding the "right" puka shell string for your hat, you might consider one of these coconut shell hat bands. Inexpensive, adjustable, and easy to install and remove because they don't physically attach to the hat. Here's mine on my Sunbody:

I'd be interested in hearing your opinion(s) when you get it. I really like the color, but at first I thought it was difficult to match with my usual wardrobe. Once I got over that and just wore it, it became one of my favorite hats.

That looks great, thanks for the input. I am thinking of keeping the ribbon and adding a thin strand of shells. I am also interested in playing with tapa cloth somehow.

I had been pondering/looking for a blue hat for quite some time.

I have found that I am not very good at creating something from scratch, as in 'new bespoke,' because I find it difficult to envision, and then make up my mind.

But I knew that if I was patient I would eventually find a blue hat that would just, ya know, hit me where I live. And the lightning bolt has struck!

From our own Bill Hughes, a Knox 20 in navy, with a striking but subtle ribbon and edge trim:
