I'm Director of Marketing and Sales for an IT Company. We specialize in wireless software for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity (COOP).

I'm the co-moderator of the vintage and antique clothing section at Specialist Auctions. I also own two online stores, one for vintage clothing and one for contemporary clothing. However, my most important job is raising my 9 and 8-year old daughters with my husband. Now that's a job.

Funny how many people either work or have worked for the phone company. My first career was 20 years with NJ Bell/Bell of PA/Verizon as a service representative. Good thing too because it taught me a lot about marketing which I'm using now for myself.

I also did a stint of being a medical transcriptionist at home for 6.5 years. That was stimulating to say the least and allowed me to stay home with the kiddies.

I am a Medical Staff Manager...which entails, doing background checks, keeping track of lawsuits, contracting with health plans and all sorts of other risk management things at the hospital where I work.

Not a darn thing creative about it, all about regulations and statutes, but I do enjoy most of the people I work with.

My first real job, not counting the two weeks as a soda jerk before I got fired, was as a lineman for the C&P Telephone Co. in VA.
