Cause Mr. Pisco was just asking for it...
Though both have great sip-ability, the half breed bird and the Muscat.
Well at least you didn't add Cynar or Campari to it. :eeek:
Pisco fine but the sour part? Uh, no thanks.

BD,
Yes, very! The coffee grinder hasn't worked so hard in months, and the "Italian Roast" is now firm friends with the "Highland Spirit"!

Who says I didn't? I just didn't tell you. I may have put a garlic, halfsour pickle in it too.

I have heard of an Irish coffee now I hear of a Scotish one.
Not in the same glass, I might add.......sacrilege! The Dalwhinnie has quite a sweet honeyed flavour, that is cut through by the very strong (three, large) espressos!
I can highly recommend both.....

Why subject over-ripe juice to mal-o-lactic fermentation, replacing the little character there could have been with butteryness?
And then over-oak it to try to bring back "something"?
Not my choice: a wine-of-the-month club selection.
The rest will go into any recipe that I think can take it.
(and how can I type malolactic without bringing up lol )
.........yes please!
