thanks! It's got a really weird tag that I need to get a good picture of and post. It says written in German, "the English Fleet" and has an address of a Vienna tailor and features a flag I haven't identified yet of what looks like a red japanese flag or something in the top left corner of a red slightly union jack looking design as the main image on the flag.... mighty weird!
