What's that lapel pin, Lee?
It's a vintage City of Los Angeles 10 year service pin. I've got eleven years with the L.A. school district, so I think I'm entitled to wear it.

Today round the house...
groovy eh?!
Ok so it?s not what I usually clad myself in, but they are rather jolly and I did change to go out!

I love this look. Details if you would?
Thanks. 1930s tweed 'English drape' sports coat, 1930s wool tie, modern shirt and trousers.

The weather was just perfect for classic highland daywear
I wasn't the only one who thought so (me with my friend Casey)
Cheers

Got them several years ago at Walmart. They're 'George' brand.
All my "dress" pants I wear to the office-4-5 of them-are this brand bought in the past year and am sure Wallyworld still sells them. Nice soft fabric, cuffed, (looks great), bought for a song-about $19 per. EarlAhh...I believe I saw the same pair listed somewhere in the archives of the board. I did a search for George brand trousers a week or so ago and I don't believe they are available anymore....a damn shame if you ask me. If anyone has any leads or a correction on this, please let me know!
Many thanks
Looking good there! I have tried to get a few of my British motorcycle club members to buy some Kilts so we can enter the Coffin race this year! Seems like appropriate formal wear for such an occasion. Besides, we can always wear Triumph Tartan! From yesterday at the Tartan Day event at the historic Ardenwood Farm in Fremont
