The only thing wrong with the fit that I see is the length of the trousers, with a little more material he could make a French cuff (no pun intended). I think it would hide the crease in the trousers from the old cuffs, which right now are quite evident. No amount of steaming or pressing will get that out -- I've tried it before myself with little success.
Are these leather covered buttons? Very interesting.
Stylistically, and in terms of color and cut, this suit is very similar to one I found a few years ago.
