I've tried every crease I can think of dry in this Resistol Stagecoach but always come back to liking a Tom Horn best. It won't hold the dents without steam so in the next day or so I'll fire up the steamer for the dents & smooth out the center crease a bit. The brim is close to what I want; just needs some straightening up & a bit of an edge curl. The color is called Tanbark & I'm going to use this beaded hatband. The pattern is called snake.

Thanks DD. I was wanting that 1920's - 1930's Western dress look & even the smallest pinches gives the crown too much taper. The brim has sprung back some while in the box this summer so I may fire up the steamer & work it over a bit when I get some time.

You probably know, but this is how an open crown Woomera comes:
