Congrats to you! I can honestly say that being a mother is the hardest and best thing that I have ever done in my life! My love for my son is deeper and purer than any other emotion I've ever felt in my life.
I wish you a very healthy and happy pregnancy! Now, get some rest--growing babies is hard work!!
Neither of ours was planned either, but they were each a wonderful surprise. All the best to you both (I mean the 3 of you). Take care and God bless. Trix
For some reason I like the name James and maybe that should come first.
Congratulations. You are at the beginning and I am nearing the end. I can share a few ideas about what we have gone through if that will help in the future.
Those are adorable names, with great possibilities for cute nicks.
Our son was a surprise also (we'd only been married 6 months when I became pregnant) and he is the light of my life.
Enjoy parenthood to the fullest!
During the first six months, don't be surprised if the hubby feels like trading the baby in for a new car. lol
After that, though, it is truly a blessing. Especially when they start calling you: "Ma, ma, ma!" or "Duddee!". Ooo, just wait until they start expressing their little emotions, too. lol
One things for sure, they will certainly change your life forever. The decisions that you make. The choices. How one sees the world.
But I'm rambling here. lol Congratulations, Red. I mean that.
Congratulations Ruby!!
I love both your names too. DH and I like unusual and Galic names. Our 3yr old son is Liam (Galic for William) and if he were a girl he would have been Mallagh pronouced Mally the Galic form of Molly.
I am hoping to still have a girl one day and want to name her after both our Grandmothers, Elsie Muriel.
