You guys want a good (drinking) game to play? Using only one (1) strike-anywhere match or a firesteel kit, how fast can you gather local material and start a decent campfire?

I suppose Mulligans can be awarded, after a one-second penalty draw on a hip flask.

Okay I'm on the work computer, as the home model finally died several weeks ago. Sp I haven't much time!!!! Hey everyone. I'm still alive.....

Remember I did 18th century total immersion for quite a while! LOL! Have quite a collection of fire steels!!!!! Or as they say in Creek, "tali-luak".

And do you have a good supply of char cloth on hand? I did AMM for a few years and made a lot of my own stuff for that. Fire steels included. Still have my Brown Bess which the pan makes a grand fire starter even in wet weather.

Cheers!
