Five Star could also be considered as an option. They crafted two custom collars that yielded positive outcomes, and I am quite satisfied with the results. This one is for Vanson CHP.

I was quoted $50 for the simple square design (90s era Golden Bear CHP) and $80 for the Vanson clone. But they still owned me a favor from the last project so I paid $100 for both plus $35 shipping to CA. Attached images are what I sent them for the Vanson CHP collar in 44.

I no longer have extra collars. Or belts. I got rid of too many belts.

I’d ask Cal to make one for your Cal. JL for the GB. I’ve got a blonde/white collar I believe @ton312 had JL build. It’s a beauty.

I would love to see the JL collars please (I might have to order one from them for one)
