I am a DEAD-ON OTR 40R & this fits as though it were tailored for me. I am just not a jacket kinda guy, I guess.
The jacket also features a half lining to make the action back work and real (functional) surgeon's cuffs (i.e.- real buttons & button holes)
I bought this over five years ago and it has not seen day one out of my closet. Never worn, as new. It retailed from the catalog for around $590.
Asking $250 shipped. (Shipping will not be cheap, this is mid weight tweed)
