What's the deal with vinted anyhow? Can items be shipped to the US? Doesn't seem to be letting me enter my US address...

No, vinted.de/.fr/.it share the same items and you can ship from every of these countries into the two others. No other shipping options through the vinted system. You could ask for Paypal etc but that seldom accepted by sellers.
