This would make a nice Halloween costume for a guy or gal , just wear some dark slacks or bell bottoms and you have a sailor outfit!
the hat is a wool Donald Duck type wool hat with US NAVY in gold letters, it's a hat size 7 3/8" and it's in excellent condition, no moth holes or damage, very clean
the jumper / top has a tag thats marked:

the USN jumper is in excellent like new condition and has never been worn
the black neckerchief / neck tie is used but in very good condition
