Our local supermarkets currently got more and more toy sections. where you can find a lot. Practicall all, what smalltown needs.

The only plausible explanation for me is, that the gas costs make suburban shopping totally unattractive. So the "outsourced" stuff is coming back to central grocery stores.

Rubik's cubes, Halli Galli, "UNO" and so on...

CD-sections in electronic chain stores are actually disappearing step by step.

Yesterday, on walking past the photo printing counter at Walgreens (they abandoned the apostrophe themselves some years ago) I heard the clerk refer to the media presented to her as “old school CDs.”
