Hello there, i wear Converse although i have to agree that the fact Nike owns them now has put me of ALOT. (Nestle and Nike, up against the wall with no blindfold if i were King, grrr). I have bought Keds for just casual wear so i couldn't say if they were any good for sports. I have some classic Dunlop Green Flash, which i use for playing tennis and going to the gym and i love them, they have been around since the 1870's and were always the shoe my mum bought me for school pe kit back in the day, although gone are the days when they could be bought for tuppence in Woolworths sadly. They seem to have had a bit of a renaissance recently and come in other colours, like black and navy. Althogh i like the traditional white. A good classic shoe.
