** SOLD ** The purge of size 7-3/8 and rarely worn hats from my collection continues. This is a size 7-3/8 Long Oval 1950s (early 1960s?) Stetson Open Road in silverbelly (very tan). The hat is in very good condition. The felt is light, thin, and soft, with a windcord. It has a 2-5/8” ribbon-bound brim and the crown is about 5” as creased. The only issues with this hat are a couple of age spots on the crown – hard to see, and the reed of the sweatband has pushed through. The sweatband is fine and is firmly attached, but the reed has pushed through the leather covering. I never tried to have it repaired because it never caused any issues wearing it.
