I grabbed a natural nutria, and a featherweight black cherry and granite. The nutria is the only one I have an idea for. I've been wanting a clone of my 1922 Stetson campaign hat/possible Austral. I might keep the black cherry to build out for myself, because If I mess up, I already have that color covered.

I'm sorry Randy but all of these colors went first so I couldn't fill your order. My apologies Sir. I spent ALL day Sunday going nuts trying to fill orders, living room a shambles, and nervous I missed something. As of a few minutes ago I have sold the balance of my stock to a hatter in Australia so, I am no longer in the hat body business. Now on to other equipment. I haven't been paying attention to this thread but i should have. My bad. When I post more equipment in the Classifieds I'll also post it here. It just didn't occur to me to do that before.

Well Gentlemen, it has started. I started going through my hatband ribbon and find that I have hundreds, I'm not kidding hundreds of small, 2 to 10 yard rolls that my wife and I decided would be perfect for the hobbiest and kitchen table hatters here on the lounge. No great investment but variety available. She is selling it on her Ebay store and has just started listing. She will be listing as fast as I can get teh time to measure everything and get them bagged for sale. Please take a look, don't mind having to scroll through womens shoes to find them.
Here is the link to her store

She only has a few at the moment but that's gonna change.

I was wondering who that was, selling new custom hats by Art Fawcett! Too bad none were 7 1/2! Also very glad it wasn’t some kind of scam. Ya never know.

I just spoke with David at VS. He’s very busy and his queue is backed up quite a bit. He’s working on clearing up old orders, merging two shops, and working through the transition after Art’s departure. Interestingly, he said he plans to continue carrying Winchester’s felts, but he wants to focus on FEPSA beaver! In fact, he has been making hats using them and has a small supply of hat bodies on hand. I’m getting in his queue for one.

David plans on placing an order this summer for more FEPSA hat bodies with a months long delivery. Not as convenient as Winchester, but it will be nice to have a domestic hatter offering FEPSA beaver. @belfastboy you should give David a call.

I remember seeing a phone # for David here in the Lounge but damned if I can find it. Does anyone have it around?

If you can, please forward the photo(s) of the felt. I might get in queue too.
Will do. He is busy so told him not to rush so it may be a day or more. The other colours were just the usual suspects....greys and mid brown and a silverbelly. He will likely get more but he has no date for that. I want something a little out of the ordinary but not a 'fashion' colour. This blue/green might be it or it might be too weird to match with any clothing.
