The sign appears to be 1960s vintage.

Jim-Denny's #2. I ate there many times back in the mid-80s when I was working on the Governors' Mansion. Jim Van Nort, one of the two founders, was still behind the grill then. Only has eight stools inside. You could find State Senators from the nearby Capitol Building seated next to bums from Alkali Flats. The burgers were that good and cheap.
