Vintage Buco J-100 Authenticity check

Hi guys,
I recently picked up what seems to be a vintage steerhide Buco J-100 late 50s early 60s. The condition is incredible for its age, almost too good to be true, that's why im putting it up here to see if anyone with a better knowledge than me can shine some light on this.
Now the lining may have been replaced, I mean its in far too good condition to be original right?
Would anyone out there be able to identify if this is an original 50s/60s Buco J-100?
Much appreciate any input anyone might have.

Great looking jacket but that label would have me thinking.

The label is way too fresh and new looking to match the wear on the sleeve end and main zip....I'm not an expert but I've had Brooks with much less wear on the leather with significantly more faded labels.

As for relining, why would it need to be relined if there isn't a lot of wear on the outer?

My guess is it's a repo, maybe a diamond dave? He used to do nickel main zips etc with brass collar buttons. (it looks like brass in the pic?).

I'm happy to be corrected.

Here's the Diamond Dave steerhide label, quite different.

It looks like an original to me. There are some small differences to mine but those do not worry me as there's quite some variation among these jackets.

It had definitely crossed my mind that it could be a repro, I mean yes, the label is indeed in pristine condition and the lining looks almost new. On close inspection though, the label looks so much like the original Buco labels ive seen, very high quality looking and not like a knock off. Has the same look and detail as on my Real Mccoys J-100.
The zippers are almost definitely authentic Talon and look appropriately aged with that coating that old zippers get. The leather is definitely aged and dryer on the shoulders, presumably where its simply been kept on a hanger.
As I said, it does seem too good to be true that its in such incredible condition and thats honestly why I posted it here for some other eyes and input. I dont rule out its a repro, but I honestly cant tell.
Appreciate very much all of your input, and its fun to speculate if this really is an original.
There's no size tag, but id estimate it to be a 40, or medium. I,m 5'8 and 67kg and it fits me ok but theres plenty of space in the chest and shoulders, the arms are very wide also.

It’s definitely original. Great find. Check the chest pockets for a size tag.

Thanks.
Have already checked thoroughly inside both chest pockets and between the upper zipper and lining inside the pockets, but there are no tags anywhere unfortunately.
