Vanson's Whiskey Roma Vs Brandy Roma

Does anyone have a pictures of Vanson's Whiskey Roma leather color? Or able to compare them side by side?

I ordered an Oxford in Whiskey Roma, but it came in Brandy Roma instead. I saw some few samples of each on the interwebs and Im pretty shore they look the same. The Brandy Roma that came I have is a shade darker that what I wanted.

It's hard to tell what color your jacket is - the images are rather dark. I was not aware of a Whiskey Roma - only Brandy, Granite and some sort of Tan - the last two discontinued as far as I know. There may have been a Whiskey color back when Vanson introduced their Roma line.

I bought a Brandy Roma Maverick in 2024 - the color is sort of a reddish brown depending on the light. The attached image shows the leather to be more reddish but in general indoor lighting it is more brown w/a hint of red. The leather (as the image depicts) is extremely nice with substantial character/grain right out of the box. A keeper for sure.

My oxford looks very different from yours. Very smooth and no grain. Also, very noticeable brown and little reddish hue..

Thanks for posting additional images - the Roma leather on your jacket is a more 'pull-up' type compared to the softer appearing leather on my Maverick. I also obtained a Maverick in the Granite Roma in 2024 - the hides on that jacket are similar to yours but, of course, a different color. It's obvious that Vanson offered the Whiskey Roma early on but maybe the take rate and/or getting the hides led them to drop that color. Now Vanson only offers the Roma Leather in 'Brandy' - although that could change in the future.

How do you know Vanson doesnt offer whiskey roma anymore? I was pretty sure they had it in their sample. And the hide texture and color looks very inconsistent.

Was exactly like yours. Nothing at all like mickiemacs. If it was i would keep it.
