Up for sale is my Vanson shoulder bag (fanny pack style) in US cattlehide. As far as I know it is the competition weight leather.
Made in USA.
Retails for $192-$213 in Japan.

What waist size will it handle?

Quite large, as it's also designed to be worn over the shoulder. I would say into the 40s in terms of waist size. If you're still interested in this style you could check with Black Venom Taipei; I got mine on sale there a few years back.
