Under $500, best jacket alternative to Aero Majestic or Schott Duke (suede/roughout, trucker/western)

If you’re patient, keep checking the used market.
I wanted a leather jean jacket, and eventually came across a Schott 100 in pretty much brand new condition for about half of what your budget is. It’s the jacket that gets the most wear of all of my leather jackets. It’s super comfortable, and versatile.

I saw this happen with Alcala's Western Wear. They had some old 689Hs for roughly $725 or so, and then when they restocked, the price jumped to $970. Very glad I jumped on the $725 price.

I had one in my cart there at the old price plus 30% off sale that was going at the moment but had forgotten to submit at checkout…
