Beyond the moth holes in the crotch, this suit really isn't in THAT bad of condition.
A good pressing would fix the lumping/clumping/wrinkling, and broken seams are just broken seams. Sew them back together.
Am I missing something else beyond that?

the moth hole damage is extensive really and when wool is washed the crumpling can never come off
Yeah, it looks pretty bad off. Six button closure to boot. Quite rare.
I have hand washed a suit occasionally when I felt it was a lost cause otherwise. I good determined ironing helps. Just got one back from the cleaner having had it then pressed. Pretty darn good as new.
