Sorry no,I have never been able to find another like it is what I meant. It is a deep forest green. It is too bad about the liner being torn but I love it anyway. it is also a bit too small for me as you can tell but I can't give it up.
Your hat is vintage 1930's . I've never seen this brand . The problem is that the smaller companies besides Borsalino , Panizza and Barbisio never sold in this country . Your hat may have come from an Italian immigrant or tourist from that era . I look in antique stores when I'm in Italy but never have found much besides old signs and tools . A nice hat!!
Besdor, this hat was sold in the US. There is store logo on the side. Jacob Rose and sons out of Michigan.Let me see if I can grab that picture. Also, there is a logo for Rothschild at the front of the sweat band.
Very interesting hat . I've looked at the picture again. Looks like a 22line band .
I'll bet there are plenty of vintage hats waiting to be discovered out there .
I am hard at work trying to find as many gems as I can.So many hats so little time. For me it is the one out of ten or twenty that I am really looking for. I don't know what it is ,or what kind or color or shape but when I see it I know. Of all my vintage Maybe 10% are truely special.
