Tuck in your sweater

Does anyone know where to get sweaters that fit snug and end with the long waistband? I haven't been able to find one within my budget ($200 at Polo Purple Label on sale? You've got to be kiddiing me...:eusa_doh: )

I've watching a film called "Whisper and Shout." Many teddyboys (or T.E.D.s) from the 80s often tucked their sweaters into their trousers with suspenders. Very stylized and hip looking.

Also in general I remember the 80s were a time where the New Romantic trend would often edge into tucked-in sweater territory. I recall wearing them myself.
