Travel to Japan: Worker or Leather Shops Suggestions

Travelling to Japan next year and currently doing some rough itinerary planning. Going to mainly be in Okinawa (Ishigaki/Naha) and Kyushu (Fukuoka and beyond) with a few final days in Tokyo.

Anyone have any suggestions of where might be good to purchase workwear or leather jackets. I’m leaning towards new as my wardrobe needs total replacement but would be open to second hand.

Google etc. I find is difficult for actual good suggestions, hence asking here.
