Well I acquired a few recently.
In today's day and age, when is the good and proper time to ware one.
Right now the only place I can think of is in my house, in my underwear, but ...[huh]

Well, I've been wearing a topper for about four years (not continuously, of course) and I think they look good for most occasions - but take it off if you go to the cinema.
