Thrift Find: Polo Ralph Lauren A-2 Cowhide Flight Jacket with Talon Zipper - ID & Value Check

Hi everyone,
I recently managed to thrift this incredible Polo Ralph Lauren A-2 style leather flight jacket and I would highly appreciate your expert opinion on it. It is in great, clean condition.
Here are the technical specs and details I managed to gather from the tags:

• Shell: 100% Cowhide Leather (heavy, thick, and holds its shape beautifully)
• Main Zipper: Brass bell-shaped TALON zipper with a locking mechanism
• Body Lining: 100% Cotton
• Sleeve Lining: 51% Cupro / 49% Cotton
• Size: M/M
• Internal tags: Supplier# 46206, PO# 386338, and a small factory stamp n° 1529.

Could anyone help me identify the exact collection, name, or release year of this specific model? (Is it a "Timeworn" edition or something similar?) Also, what would be a fair market value for this jacket on the vintage/collector's market if I decide to sell it?
I have attached clear photos of the jacket, the Talon zipper, and all the internal labels for verification.
