My first Thedi came to me earlier this year. A MTC-141159/5, I was very pleased with it.

The next two arrived today.

MTC-127913 (the shawl collar/A1 style)

OK so Thedi doesn't know how to spell cognac. Thedi's "cocnag" is still a damn good color. In person it's a bit more warm than in my photos, a bit like an orange tabby cat tinted light brown.

MTC-12799 ("Triangle Man")

Customized with heavier than standard leather, a 2-way Talon main zip, and hidden storm cuff sleeves (Theodoros' suggestion). This one is pretty stiff, and a bit creaky, and is begging to be broken in.

Both are amazing in person, and I think rather tight fitting. The 141159/5 feels like a more casual fit than what followed.

These two new arrivals, I'm not sure of yet. They are very close fitting. I can't gain any weight, but I also can't work out too much if I want to keep wearing them. I also probably need to limit myself to wearing t-shirts, maybe a thin dress shirt.

The sleeves are very high, and very tight fitting. I thought at first that they might be a too tight for me, and I might need them to be remade. But I'm going to see how it goes for a few days before I can say for sure. Update: after wearing Triangle Man for about two hours, I think it is perfect. It's incredible how fast that happened!

They are extremely form fitting, and I am amazed that Theodoros was able to get such a close fit with just a few measurements I provided. You'd think that he saw me in person to achieve this precision. It's art. But still, as beautiful as it is, I may need some more breathing room.

My year is almost over, my budget completely blown, and I think I am close to done chasing my leather obsession. I think that realistically, I can conceive of only three more jackets that I would like to have made: 1) a leather M65 field jacket in tumbled tan cxl steer; 2) a remake of my very first serious motorcycle cross zip. I'm not sure who to approach for the first two, possibly Johnson since I hear such nice things said about how good Alan is to work with on custom jobs. But the last one will be a black Thedi cafe racer with D-pocket. You know the one:

Or maybe...

Photos to follow in the comments. Fit pics soon. Theodoros is a master, of that there can be no doubt.

Very nice. Odd thing to focus on, but the pocket design is outstanding.
Any idea what he does to the leather to get that finish?

Oh man that made me laugh!

Damn @Guppy they are nice looking jackets. That middle one (MTC12799) in particular is awesome!

Indeed, I believe it is my new favorite.

The shawl collar is also just outstanding. The color doesn't seem to have come through as vibrant in the photos as it is in person. I'm going to have to try to get some photos in better light.

Whever you decide that Triangle Man isn't for you, let me know. :)

The grain of the leathers on all three of those is incredible! And heavy, but not so restictive to be leather covered particleboard used to build a house with. Nicely done!

Highly unlikely! I don't even want to take it off! Only way I could conceivably give it up is if my body got so out of shape that I couldn't conceivably ever wear it again.

Indeed! Thedi's leather has so much character, it looks aged 30 years, perfectly, right out of the box.

Dat shawl collar one... I honestly can't tell whether I prefer that one or the second jacket but if it didn't have a back like that, it'd be the first. That' A-1/Shawl collar style is also one I love and Thedi's is probably my fav of them all. That's insanely beautiful. You should take more photos in the sunlight. Promo pic, as nice as it is, doesn't do the product justice. And yeah, I also want to know how to get such a finish on a leather jacket. Would use on all of mine, like, yesterday. Great post!!!

Nice jackets!
Where are the fit pics?

My favorite is the MTC-141159/5 model but I already told you that ;)

Now you need one of his two-tone model!
