Came across this in the NY Times, an interesting take on the personals ad, showing they've been around since Victorian times:

This one caught my eye.....at least she is honest..and wants a photo..[huh] [huh] I would show up with an antenuptial agreement ..lol lol

Interesting. This doesn't surprise me. I figured there had to be some sort of personals from times long past. It's just cool to actually see examples.
