Here’s the Knox Twenty “El Pasa 400” from a few posts back. It was in rough shape, but a trip to Wolfbrae saw a hole repaired, a new sweatband and ribbon installed, and blocked and flanged up several sizes. I love this hat! Robert @belfastboy even custom made the brim flange for this now 3 1/2” brim. Wow!

I gave it a gas bath and got rid of the dirt and scuffs.

Of special note is the revival of the stretchy wind cord that had lost it's snap. It loosened up even more during the gas bath, but after drying it cinched right up, snug to the crown of the hat. Nice surprise.
