Just watched this film and its really good. Full of great hats and a good story.
I really liked the panama worn by Barry Fitzgerald, there was also one of the other police that wore a a nice milan straw.
I dont have any screen caps but maybe some one else does.

I have the book by NY street photographer WeeGee, which inspired the film and later TV series. I'll have to dig that out; there should be a few fedoras in there.

I was watching it as well, though, I didn't get to watch it to completion. I also noticed all the hats. I hope they run it again this month.

It's a great movie, although I found Barry Fitzgerald's voice a big distraction in the part. But I do realize that's just me. I just kept expecting him to say something like "They're after me lucky charms!" or similar.
