My whiskers are curly and go crazy. I'm on my 2nd and 3rd tries for beard balm and moustache wax. I just got in some Primary and Secondary wax from Can You Handlebar and I like it a lot better than the Firehouse stuff, which I had to cut with grapeseed oil just to make it usable. CYH smells like the honeycomb we'd get straight from my Dad's beehives.

Beard balms tame the curls a touch on my chin whiskers, but not so much. A little wax around the edges keep the strays tucked in...

For most guys beard hair or whiskers tend to be more stiff & wiry than head hair. Dying it over a long period of time makes it worse.
