And then would it be he who is in charge of the US production and control of Stetson Hats (and other things) as made here (North America)?

EDIT: All of a sudden this thread went from the John B Stetson Company to interchangeability with Stetson Worldwide and became quite confused when trying to keep up on the ever changing history of the John B Stetson Company of Philadelphia and all it has gone through. I think most of us are concerned with the North American history and production of the Stetson HATs and their history.

Sorry, I should have elaborated. Xiao Li Tan is the owner, through inheritance, of the John B. Stetson Company and all of its intellectual property, including their brands. As such, she has ultimate control of all things Stetson, which is why she’s also the Chief Creative Officer. She also serves as president of her offshoot company, Stetson Worldwide. Robert Dundon is her current CEO of the John B. Stetson Co., and primarily handles the North American operations, but ultimately answers to Ms. Tan. In 2026, you really can’t separate the operations of John B. Stetson Co. and Stetson Worldwide because of Ms. Tan. Yes, they share offices in NYC.
