The leather is lightweight compared to what FH uses for their jackets; coupled with the lining, this really does wear like a shirt. It's in very good condition. The only sign of wear that I could find is what loos like a tiny scuff on the back of the right shoulder (see 7th photo below). Otherwise, it's is in perfect shape.

Chest - 21.5 in/54.5 cm
Sleeve - 24.75 in/63 cm
Shoulder width - 18.5 in/47 cm
Back length - 28.25 in/72 cm
Hem width - 20.75 in/52.5 cm
