I like it much better with the ear flaps down...

P.S. I've ordered two more City Sport caps which should arrive very shortly. I'll post pics of a frightful looking head underneath the same in a little bit.
My Cap find from flea market. Ernst Moden Köln, 8 panel Cap 30% cashmere 70% Lambswool.
Where are you getting your City Sports Caps from, may I ask?
The large Donegal I pictured, and the soon-to-arrive linen cap and a striped Harris tweed in the same style, from Hats Plus Ltd. in Chicago.
The smaller brown Harris tweed from Men's Hats, forget where they're located. 'Twas on sale there.
Dag Nab you, Alan Friedman!
You made me watch Lydia and Capt. Spaulding and numerous other clips, not to mention the one you linked auf Deutch (dreimal so I could interpret it). Have you no sense of decency? Now I have pains in my stomach from laughter, and I'm laying that squarely at your doorstep. I'm absolving the winemaker.
By the way, your celestial photos (per link at bottom) from an improbable and light-polluted location are simply breathless. Leaving aside your fine taste in hats and caps, a you are most extraordinary photographer and individual.

The Thompsons brim is quite thick and stiff and the cap holds it´s shape very nicely. I would really recomment it although I don´t know who sells it apart from that german
seller on Ebay.

Too bad they are not availabel internationally.
