Swell Adam Keith. Won't guess about the extra snap but do know Adam was at the forefront of stylish hats.
I promise had I known they were so expensive I'd have tried to take better care of it.
Au contraire, Dale: you just doubled its street value. Pre-distressed, $200. Wanna go into business?
Yeah, you're just lucky it wasn't my size. It looks much better on you than it would have on me anyway, my friend! :thumb::thumb:1940's/50's flat cap with gorgeous black & white tweed...A giant THANK YOU to Al for absentee bidding on this one for me!!

Made for one of my repeat customers. 3 back pleat with novelty vintage (what I suspect to be 1920's) Tweed
Next question: how does one find a "heavy wool" cap? As opposed to the ones for sale by say, Hanna Hats? I want a heavier one that will keep me warm in snow country. This one looks like it'd do it.
Who makes custom caps? Thanks in advance. Thanks, guys. I really enjoy my vintage bow ties. I have a custom cap on order, and am looking forward to its arrival.
