The brown hat

I like a pairing of brown and black... but it can depend on the tone and style of the clothing. Brown and navy is the bomb.

If this guy says its OK,that would be all I need to hear.I don't know of too many with any better taste!

My black over coat is a peacoat it is not leather so I think I may be able to pull it off.

I also wear a brown cap with a black pea coat. I have been wearing a hat people newsboy cap, in the dark brown. The cap also has some green in it as well. So that mixed with a Green/Black/Red scarf, and a black pea coat it looks perfect. I was worried about the colors matching but after wearing it a bit, I like it better than Brown on Brown.

I find that my dark brown Stetson goes with practically everything, within reason of course.

I don't have a black overcoat but I frequently wear my chocolate brown Tumwater hat with light grey slacks and a jet-black long sleeved dress shirt. Looks very sharp, I think. The hat color warms up the rather monochrome outfit nicely and also makes the black look blacker, if that makes any sense.
