Good morning! Almost missed seeing your post here since I was composing my last post around the same time you sent yours.
High heel shoes subject to PA sales tax??? That doesn't sound right... I wonder how PA defines "high heel" because I know my wife, being from Pittsburgh originally, has bought PLENTY (I would say too many but she'd beat me up if she read this post, lol ) of shoes, some with heels and I don't recall that she was charged the tax. Maybe the heel has to be a certain length for it to classified as a high heel.
