Excellent Condition. Probably 1930s, maybe older.
As you can see from the second screenshot, I paid $2481 dollars for it in July of 2023. Another Lounger (sorry, I can't remember his name. My last three years have been very eventful, healthwise) bid against me for it on ebay, and won because I fell asleep.
After he received it he discovered to his annoyance and my glee that it did not fit him well, so he sold it to me at the price he paid plus shipping.
I am now selling it for $2500 dollars plus shipping from New Jersey. It will be a lot cheaper than from Mexico City, but I'm guessing due to the size of the hat it will still be pricey.
