And another point on Nemesis, that bugs me:

Ok, Picard suprises Shinzon with the ramming, BUT how could he know, how strong the unique Scimitar would be and if the Enterprise E's saucer section would survive the impact??

Now, I liked to count the quantum-torpedos.

So, eight hit the scimitar directly, one a graze shot!

Respect! The Scimitar's shields, armor and electrical system must be from another dimension! ;););)

Meh. It's science fiction - the technologies of the various species and abilities of the characters are only as good or bad as they have to be at that moment in order to tell the story they want to tell.

One of the big questions of First Contact came back to my mind!

If the Borg really started an invasion of the Federation, why would they send only one cubus?

Have you ever noticed, during the opening of TNG, they begin at Earth, and then pass Mars , Jupiter, and Saturn, but never reach Uranus?

The jokes about “Klingons around Uranus” got so out of hand that the Klingon Ambassador made a formal complaint. As a result, Starfleet Academy has banned all first year cadets from making reference to “Uranus.” It can be found under “building a diverse and supportive intergalactic community” in your Welcome Packet.
