I've been noticing it too. It seems to go back to page 10 right now, with roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of the threads rated one star.

Its kind of like that one really drunk guy at every concert/game thats yelling boo the entire time. We had to deal with one of them at the TSO concet we went to the other night, until some lady shouted SHUTUP! Then everyone cheered:eusa_clap! So I will also applaud you, with stars!

I thought the ratings were done by the number of posts for each thread? Heck, I'm the Admin over at HDForums.com with 250,000 members and I don't even pay any attention to it there either!
